The BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 235/35R18 90Y run flat tire is the pinnacle of summer performance for any discerning driver. The g-Force T/A KDW tire has large tread blocks to help enhance dry road stability and handling under stress, while a rounded shoulder profile helps provide better feedback for the driver. A silica-reinforced compound with wide circumferential and lateral grooves form a directional tread design to remove excess water, improve wet traction and reduce the risk of hydroplaning. Internally, the two steel belts are reinforced by spirally wound nylon strips to provide more strength. This creates consistent footprint pressure and maximum contact area under high speed conditions while it reduces weight to help provide better ride quality. The g-Force T/A KDW tire features sidewall inserts to resist deflection and generate cornering force. BFGoodrich also included rim protector ribs to help protect alloy wheels from curb damage.
